Full Time Chef
40+ hours per week between 7am-10pm
5 days out of 7
salary dependant on experience
Days evenings weekends - permanent only
Previous experience essential. Food Hygiene and NVQ level 2 a minimum requirement. Duties include: preparing , cooking and serving buffets and banquets for up to 700 covers, maintaining a clean and safe working enviroment and helping out on other kitchen duties if required.
You must be passionate about food, have the ability to work under pressure and have the knowledge/ideas to help move the business forward.
We offer a pleasant working environment, uniforms, meals on duty, ongoing training and 20 days holiday. Own transport would be an advantage due to shift work. The successful applicant will undertake a three-month trial.

You will also be required to accept deliveries, ensuring all food is stored and rotated correctly.
